Yep, that's my office. Where the magic happens. =) At least that's what it looks like in it's current state... it's not how I envision it in my mind. Do you like my "vertical filing system" (a.k.a. PILES)? Perhaps you are admiring all of the cords that run about... or the (empty) boxes and bags from electronics purchases (why can't I throw those away???). How about the white tablecloth pad thrown on the storage tub of hand-me-downs for Jacob? What... you don't store hand me downs in your kitchen office? But it's so convenient... when Jacob gets his clothes dirty during a meal, I can quickly and efficiently grab something clean out of the box. =) I jest...
I could blog on and on with my sarcastic commentary about this situation, but I choose to address it.

Vertical filing system....gotta tell my hubby that one so he won't make me file them....they already are! HA!! That is right after I tell my husband to GET RID of those empty boxes that the stuff is NEVER going back in! Yeah we have issues over here too...hee hee!

FUNNY!!! although, I secretly relish in delight when other people actually DO live like we do. It does make me feel a whole lot better. Surely you'll post an "after" photo, right?
