After 6 months of sporadic activity, I finally finished my first big crochet project... a sampler afghan for Jacob. I learned so much by making this... it was definitely a crash course in crochet. I also discovered that I really don't enjoy the tedium of the "joining" process... I probably won't be piecing anything else together for awhile. ;-)

Jacob loves it... or at least he's telling me he does (what a smart boy!). It makes me so happy to see him wrapped up in it.
