Jacob has been having a very successful New Year... he has been using the potty now for 10 days straight! We are so proud of him!!! The magic key to all of this? Mamaw's digital watch and bunny heads. We started letting him briefly play with the watch (or a keychain calculator, known as the 'little daddy calculator') after he uses the potty. Then to up the ante, we started a potty training success chart. Stars and stickers don't do it for this boy... it's all about 'bunny heads'. Today he got SIX bunny heads.
3 bunny heads in 1 day = a cookie with frosting
Doing more than pee in the potty = a trip to Cici's pizza :)

This is one of Jacob's favorite Christmas gifts - a talking 'cash ragister', as he says it. It has a microphone and scan gun. I am officially going for $12.50 cents, per the 'ragister'. What a deal!
Another little funny... I was putting Jacob to bed last night and we were thanking God for people. We always try to get him to put God/Jesus at the top of the list...
ME: Who do you want to thank God for?
Jacob: Mommy
ME: No, who made you?
Jacob: God!
ME: (I proceed to explain how God made him and put him in my tummy to grow until he was born)
Jacob: I wanna get back in Mom's tum! (as he is grunting, trying his best to push his head through my belly!)
