Fridays are Share Day at Jacob's school. It's sort of a low-key day where the kids can bring in a toy from home to share with their friends. Last year... every Friday, he would want to take Peter Rabbit. But he's diversifying this year - this was the conversation I woke up to this morning on the monitor:
Pete: I want to go to school for share day today, Jacob.
Jacob: Oh no, Peter... I can't take you today. I've already taken you LOTS OF TIMES and shared you with my friends before.
Pete: Oh please?!?!?!?! (Said in the most high pitched whiny rabbit voice you can imagine)
Jacob: No, today I'm taking a different toy. I'm taking my magnadoodle.
Pete: Oh boo hoo hoo.
This boy's mouth is moving as soon as he wakes up. It's always music to my ears - can't imagine waking up to a better sound. :) God is good!
