Another first here at the Marler household...Jacob and I had a good time today with a little friend called "Mr. Bubble".

Back in the days of employment, I used to work for the company that made Mr. Bubble. So I have a nice little collection of plastic Mr. Bubble toys that used to top the bottles. Each year, the packaging design department would get a new crop of interns... and their one major task before they went back to school was to design their own Mr. Bubble. They would actually get to make a small batch of their unique Bubble - surfer Bubble, karate Bubble, Bubble M.D... you get the drift. All of the rest of us in the building would collect them and line our credenzas with Bubble Families. I was sad to learn that the new company that owns the Mr. Bubble brand doesn't make Bubble Toppers anymore... I'm feeling like I got a bit ripped off with my purchase. But, I digress...
